Dr. Harold Cesar, DPM

Dr. Harold Cesar is a physician who practices with integrity and holds the respect of his colleagues and his patients. After graduating from Florida State University, he obtained his Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine at Des Moines University - College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery in Des Moines, IA. He completed one of the top residency programs in the country at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth, TX.

During his training he served as a Chief Surgical Resident of the Foot & Ankle Division in the department of Orthopedics. Dr. Cesar received comprehensive training in foot and ankle elective and reconstructive surgery, trauma, and diabetic limb salvage. He has also received extensive training in flat foot, cavus foot, and diabetic charcot foot deformities as well as arthroscopic foot and ankle techniques. During his training at John Peter Smith Hospital, he logged over 1,200 surgical procedures/cases.

Dr. Cesar is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association (APMA), the Florida Podiatric Medical Association (FPMA), and the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons (ACFAS).

Dr. Cesar is on staff at St. Vincent Hospital Riverside, Southside, and Clay. Baptist Medical Center Downtown and Baptist South. He performs surgeries at all the hospitals listed above and at Jacksonville Surgery Center, Parkside Surgery Center, and Orange Park Surgery Center.

Dr. Cesar is currently serving as the Chief Section Chair of Podiatry at St. Vincent Medical Center in Riverside.

Dr. Anish Amin, DPM

Dr. Anish Amin is a native of South Florida. After graduating from the University of South Florida (Tampa, FL) in 2010, he obtained his doctorate in podiatric medicine from Barry University (Miami Shores, FL) in 2015.

He completed his surgical residency at Boston Medical Center in Boston, MA. He specialized in general foot and ankle surgery with focus on limb salvage. During his last year in residency, he served as chief resident. Upon completion of his residency, Dr. Amin opted to further his education and training by completing an additional year of fellowship in diabetic limb salvage and reconstruction at the University of Louisville Hospital in Louisville, KY.

After his training he wanted to be closer to his family and friends, so he began practicing in Jacksonville, FL.

Dr. Amin focuses on patient education along with research-based medical and surgical treatments of many conditions of the foot and ankle including lower extremity ulcers, bunions, hammertoes, heel conditions, arthritic conditions, and many more.

Dr. Amin is board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine (ABPM) and board qualified by The American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons (ACFAS). He is also a member of the Florida Podiatric Medical Association (FPMA).

He is on staff with St. Vincent’s Hospital and Baptist South Hospital. He also treats patients at the St. Vincent’s Wound Care/Hyperbaric Oxygen Center. He performs surgeries at the above hospitals and also at Jacksonville Surgery Center.
